The design of the guest room is the most important place to reflect the hardware service of the hotel for the guests.
Hotel room standard floor construction type:
a. Slab standard floor: Generally, the structure of multi-story hotel buildings is mostly 6 to 11 floors. One-sided arrangement of guest rooms along the corridor is called unilateral arrangement, commonly known as veranda arrangement; generally, it is a resort hotel building. The rooms arranged along both sides of the corridor are called bilateral arrangements, commonly known as inner corridor arrangements. Generally, the core of the vertical transportation hub of business hotel buildings and passenger elevators and staircases in comprehensive hotel buildings is arranged in a moderate position, while the logistics rooms such as service elevators and service rooms should choose a "dark" room location that is not suitable for arranging guest rooms. Corner position of the folded plane
b. Tower standard floor: generally a high-rise star hotel building structure, belonging to the landmark building. Plane shapes include squares, crosses, rings, circles, and triangles. With a little transformation, rectangle, ellipse, pinwheel, H-shape, etc. can be derived.
c. Atrium-style standard floor: by Hyatt Hotels Corporation and John. Portman (John Portman) created the "atrium" hotel in Atlanta, the atrium brings the hotel's open space. It is credited with revolutionizing hotel design. The basic shape of the atrium is square, and other shapes can also be used to meet the needs of different projects in different locations. The two protruding wings are used to form an open atrium, which enriches the architectural space of the hotel.
d. Mixed standard floor: The first three types of mixed building structures are more comprehensive
e. Single-family villas: mostly positioned as resort hotel building structures, hotel rooms are independent multi-story buildings on the second to third floors, and all suites are in the form of guest rooms.
