Oak
There are red oak and white oak. The difference between sapwood and heartwood is slightly obvious, the sapwood is gray-yellow white, and the color of the heartwood varies, from yellowish-brown to reddish-brown. The grain is straight, sometimes with twill, the structure is thick and the pattern is beautiful.

Teak

Maple
